Our Lady of Fatima Church welcomes you! In addition to a simple form that can be picked up at the Rectory, please register for Flocknote below. Flocknote is used to send out parish-wide information, register for church events and will be used in case of closures during the winter. Once completed, you will be directed to register any children for Faith Formation classes.\u00a0\u00a0Please fill in as much information as possible. You will also be given the opportunity to transfer to a recurring or one-time Online giving through Flocknote as we will be phasing out WeShare Online Giving.<\/p>\n
